Patients can bring a friend or relative to their appointments with them if they wish, but they are not classed as chaperones. Chaperones can be requested by either the patient or the clinician before or during the appointment. Please make us aware when you check in if you require a chaperone or let the clinician know at any point during your appointment. Patients who require a interpreter are asked to let us know at the time of booking so this can be arranged by the practice if you are unable to provide your own.
